What you can use today
A plain checklist of what is live, pilot-scoped, planned, and not CIIS today.
CIIS is actively developed by Impact Intelligence Lab. Use this page to see what you can rely on today, what is conditional, what is planned, and what is not CIIS — without decoding marketing language.
Live, conditional, planned, not CIIS
This is the public truth table for website copy, demos, and procurement conversations.
| Area | Status | Buyer-facing wording |
|---|---|---|
| Guided demos and pilot conversations | Live | Scoped to your context, not open self-serve signup. |
| Governed project workspace | Live / pilot-scoped | Structure outcomes, measures, evidence, cautions, and review context in an agreed pilot scope. |
| Evidence support and ready-to-share status | Live / expanding | See what the evidence supports, what needs review, and what should stay internal. |
| CIIS Executive Impact Summary | Primary output today | Evidence-supported executive reporting, subject to pilot scope and export environment. |
| CSV-first bulk import | Live / scoped | Spreadsheet-style data import is available; document and manual workflows are scoped by pilot. |
| Unified Impact, funder, and grant outputs | Conditional | Available only where the report path, evidence, and pilot scope support them. |
| Reporting lenses | Conditional | Useful for interpretation where evidence supports the mapping; not proof or certification. |
| Role model | Developing | Admin and standard user accounts today; richer personas are still developing. |
| Claim Readiness Report | Live — internal recovery only | Live as an internal recovery workbook. Helps teams see why formal reporting is held back and what evidence needs fixing. Not board, funder, or public reporting permission — does not grant external claim authority. |
| Native multi-sheet Excel import | Not supported today | CSV-first import is the current bulk path. |
| Full grant lifecycle CRM | Not CIIS today | Grant reporting outputs may be scoped; broader grant operations are separate. |
| Open self-serve product | Not CIIS today | Public visitors should request a guided pilot conversation rather than sign up unaided. |
| ROI or time-saved claims | Not proven at scale | Use only as clearly labelled illustrative modelling unless measured pilot evidence exists. |
Ready to share
Suitable for guided demos and agreed pilot scope.
Ready to share
Guided demos, scoped pilots, and Executive Impact Summary conversations where evidence and review support the output.
Ready to share
A clear view of what the evidence supports, data quality signals, and where information came from.
Use internally only
Useful with your team; confirm scope before external commitments.
Use internally only
Conditional report outputs, reporting lenses, and developing role/persona depth until pilot scope confirms external use.
Needs review
Quality checks — roughly dozens today, not a fixed marketing number; counts change by release.
Not yet supported by evidence
Not ready to promise on a procurement timeline today.
Not yet supported by evidence
Claim Readiness as board, funder, or public reporting permission (it is live as an internal recovery workbook only). Native multi-sheet Excel import. Full grant lifecycle CRM. Open self-serve signup. ROI or time-saved claims without measured pilot evidence.
Honest corrections
We do not publish a fixed "167 checks" count. Quality checks are roughly dozens today and change by release.
We do not say there are eight shipped report types. The public story is the CIIS Executive Impact Summary as the primary reporting output, with other outputs conditional on scope, evidence, and release path.
We do not present full grant lifecycle CRM. Grant reporting outputs exist; broader grant operations are scoped separately.
CIIS is not individual case management, but account data and user-entered text can contain personal information — governance is shared.
Is CIIS right for you?
- Good fit: teams that need credible outcomes and performance information.
- Good fit: councils, Primary Health Networks (PHNs), NGOs, funders, and evaluation-style buyers.
- Not a fit: teams wanting automated funding or policy decisions.
- Not a fit: teams needing immediate self-serve SaaS without a guided pilot.
